The house was built in 1959, with an addition added in 1988 and extensive renovations in 2007. Our Chapter House has served us well; more than a mere house, it is our Alpha Phi home.

While some features (such as quiet study rooms, a thumbprint security system, comfortable furniture and private patios) help Alpha Phis relax, others, such as complete wireless coverage and our workout and leadership training rooms, lend themselves to busy Phi lifestyles!

The beautifully landscaped lot is the largest on campus and provides plenty of space for parking and outside activities.  With all of the first-rate amenities combined with a rich history, the Alpha Phi house is one of the best places to live on the OU campus!
