Alpha Phi parents are a wonderful resource for Phi Chapter. Parents’ Clubs provide the opportunity for parents to extend their involvement with their daughter’s activities beyond the high school years. Parents’ Clubs can enhance each Alpha Phi's experience while providing parents the opportunity to participate in aspects of university life with their daughters.
Traditionally, Parents’ Clubs lend both physical and monetary support to the chapter through house workdays, social events, fundraising activities and minimal annual dues. In addition to involving parents with their daughter’s Greek experience, parents have the opportunity to work with other OU Alpha Phi parents.
Family and Parent’s Weekend occurs annually and Alpha Phis simply cannot wait for our parents to visit! Family Weekend happens every fall right in time for us all to attend an OU Football Game and host a cookout at the Alpha Phi house. Please check the chapter calendar for dates!
In the spring, we open our doors for Parent’s Weekend. Come catch up with your daughter and other families over a great brunch. These weekends are intended to bring you closer to Alpha Phi and your daughter, provide an opportunity for you to meet the sisters and parents of Alpha Phi, and learn about the chapter your daughter is a part of.
Bid Day welcomes not only new Alpha Phis, but new Alpha Phi parents. Bid day is an exciting time for all new members of Alpha Phi and you are invited to join your daughter in the festivities.
